The Genie display shows code 135-17 with the message “Wall Powered Charger Error Codes — USB error”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.

Possible causes

  • There has been a problem mounting or un-mounting the USB Flash Drive.

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Solution from the manual

· Remove and re-insert the USB Drive · If the condition persists then remove AC and battery for minimum 30 seconds and retry charger
