The Genie display shows code 135-28 with the message “Wall Powered Charger — Charger timeout”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.

  • Battery pack not reaching required voltage within time limit Charger output reduced due to high temperatures Battery condition Deep discharge Battery connections Heavy loads

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

· Operate at lower ambient temperature · Check DC connections · Replace batteries Self clearing when condition has been corrected.
