The Genie display shows code 135-29 with the message “Wall Powered Charger — Software version mismatch”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.

Possible causes

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
