Effect on the machine: ShutdownEMBrake ; Motor disabled.

Possible causes

  • Motor encoder failure.
  • Bad crimps or faulty wiring.
  • See Monitor menu » Motor: Motor RPM.

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Solution from the manual

Set: Motor encoder phase failure detected. Clear: Either cycle KSI, or if parameter LOS Upon Encoder Fault= On and Interlock has been cycled, then the Encoder Fault is cleared and Encoder LOS fault (code 93) is set, allowing limited motor control.
