Q: What should I do when a Genie shows code 140-39?

Solution: Set: Just prior to the main contactor closing, the capacitor bank voltage (B+ connection terminal) was loaded for a short time and the voltage did not discharge. Clear: Cycle key switch. Clearing the code and calibrations are carried out by service according to the manual for the machine's serial number.
