The Genie display shows code 204-24 with the message “Main Battery Power Pack Voltage — Value too low”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.

Possible causes

  • Main 48V battery package voltage is below minimum rating

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Solution from the manual

Recharge the battery package, check for any wiring issue on the 48V power wirings paths
