The Genie display shows code 271-21 with the message “Pump Motor Temperature — Fault”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: No drive functions
Possible causes
- Motor temperature exceeded maximum rated temperature limit of 293° F / 145° C
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
