The Genie display shows code 271-23 with the message “Pump Motor Temperature — Value too high”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.
Effect on the machine: Limited pump speed
Possible causes
- Motor temperature exceeded warning temperature limit of 248° F / 120° C
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
