Code 114 occurs in machines: Genie Z-80/60, S-80, S-85, GS-3384 RT, GS-3390, GS-4390, GS-5390, Z-60/34, S-40, S-45.
warning / function limited
The Genie display shows code 114 with the message “Post-cat oxygen sensor open”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.
Possible causes
- The post cat Heated Oxygen Sensor wiring and/or connections are open or shorted.
- sensor is cold, non-responsive or inactive for 60 seconds or longer.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Repair wiring and/or connections OR replace the post cat oxygen sensor.
