Genie error code 212 — IAT Low Voltage
Message on the display: IAT Low Voltage
Code 212 occurs in machines: Genie Z-80/60, S-80, S-85, GS-3384 RT, GS-3390, GS-4390, GS-5390, Z-60/34, S-40, S-45.
warning / function limited
The Genie display shows code 212 with the message “IAT Low Voltage”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.
Possible causes
- IAT sensor wiring and/or connections are open or shorted.
- sensor is faulty.
- engine intake air temperature is too hot.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Repair wiring and/or connections OR replace sensor OR direct cooler air into air intake.
