The Genie display shows code 17-11 with the message “Aux Pump Coil — Shorted to supply voltage”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Machine will not be functional.
Possible causes
- TCON detected that C27AUX circuit is shorted to 12 V.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
switch is ON. * Verify the terminals of the APU solenoid have a resistance greater than 5 ohms. If not, replace the solenoid.
