The Genie display shows code 84-21 with the message “Chassis Angle — Turntable Tilt Sensor Internal Error”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Boom Up, Extend, Turntable Rotate and Drive functions will not operate until stowed. Boom Up and Extend inhibited while stowed.
Possible causes
- An internal error flag has been exhibited in the tilt sensors.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

* Cycle power to allow the machine to re- test the fault. * Replace tilt sensor.
