The Genie display shows code 135-29 with the message “Wall powered charger — Software version mismatch”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Charging disabled
Possible causes
- The charger hardware does not support the new software version trying to be programmed. Existing software is left running.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
