The Genie display shows code 16-27 with the message “Speed adjustment toggle switch — Active at startup”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.
Effect on the machine: Toggle switch functions operate at 50% of normal speed

- Stuck on at power up
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
* 5V at pin 1 of toggle switch (P109PWR GR/WH). * 2.5V at pin 3 of toggle switch (C196PWR YL). * 5V at pin J13-11 when it rabbit mode (C194SPD WH/RD). * 2.5V at pin J13-11 when in turtle mode (C194SPD WH/RD).
