The Genie display shows code 17-25 with the message “Auxiliary contactor fault — Resistance too high”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Auxiliary pump controller function disabled Auxiliary battery charging function disabled
Possible causes
- Contactor not suppling power
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
* AUX battery fuse is good. * AUX relay output fuse is good. * AUX relay is functioning. * 24V at TCON pin J2-19 with toggle switch activated (V27AUX RD/WH). * 24V across relay terminals 85 and 86 with toggle switch activated.
