The Genie display shows code 265-21 with the message “Charger USB — Fault”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.
Effect on the machine: Can't Load Software or Charge Profile Can't Retreive Charge History
Possible causes
- There has been a problem mounting or unmounting the USB Flash Drive.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
*Remove and re-insert USB Drive *If the condition persists then remove AC and battery for minimum 30 seconds and retry charger
