The Genie display shows code 266-21 with the message “Charge Profile — Fault”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Charging Disabled
Possible causes
- The selected charging profile is incompatible with the charger software.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Update charger software or select a different charge profile.
