The Genie display shows code 71-21 with the message “Emergency Stop relay — Fault”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Platform functions disabled
Possible causes
- Relay contact stuck. Platform Estop detected when in ground mode. Platform Estop not detected when in platform mode.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

* Check Estop relay (CR62). * Signal input at PCON pin J11-34 with platform Estop on (P23PWR WH). * Signal input at TCON pin J2-19 with key switch in ground position (P174PWR WH).
