The Genie display shows code 84-13 with the message “Chassis angle (Primary) — Not detected”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Limited to 2 MPH. Elevated Drive disabled. Boom not allowed to leave stowed position. Tilt alarm on.

- No CAN communication
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
* 24V supply to level sensor pin 1 (P85PWR GR). * B- at level sensor pin 2. * 60Ω across level sensor pins 3 and 4 with power off.
