The Genie display shows code 42-15 with the message “Turntable Rotate CW Valve — Circuit shorted to GND”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.

Effect on the machine: Turntable Rotate functions will not operate.

Possible causes

  • TCON detected that C4TRL circuit is shorted to GND.

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

* Verify wiring for C4TRL (WH, TCON J3- 12) and check for open or short circuits.
