The Genie display shows code 77-21 with the message “Platform Overload Detection — Internal check”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: All functions will not operate except for the recovery procedure.
Possible causes
- The secondary platform overload check detected overload before the operational platform overload check.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

* Cycle power and verify condition clears itself. * If problem persists, run the platform overload calibration procedure. * If problem persists, replace the sensor.
