What is the Haulotte H23 TPX used for?
The Haulotte H23 TPX is a telescopic cherry picker with a 0.8 × 1.8 m basket, designed for work where you need to reach far to the side: over scaffolding, an excavation, a strip of greenery or the roof of a low industrial building. A horizontal outreach of 19.5 m at a platform height of 20.6 m lets you position the machine away from the façade and cover a large section of wall without moving. The 230 kg capacity covers people, tools and materials combined.
This aerial work platform is designed for outdoor use. The combustion engine, four-wheel drive and rough terrain tyres let it move across a construction site, gravel or compacted soil, but with an unladen weight of 13,110 kg you must check the load-bearing capacity of the ground, especially on fresh backfill, block paving and the slabs of underground car parks. A width of 2.47 m and a transport height of 3 m set the minimum clearance of the entrance gate.
When choosing, it is worth establishing what the job needs more: height or outreach. The H23 TPX offers exceptionally large outreach relative to its 22.6 m working height, so it works well on wide, not very tall structures such as warehouses, open-sided shelters or multi-storey car parks. When more height is needed, we will recommend a taller telescopic or articulating model.
