Renting the Haulotte H25 TPX diesel telescopic boom lift gives you a working height of 25.3 m, a horizontal outreach of 16.9 m and a capacity of 230 kg for two people: a cherry picker for work on tall industrial buildings, façades and structures that have to be reached from a distance. What is the Haulotte H25 TPX used for?
The Haulotte H25 TPX is a 25 m class aerial work platform with a telescopic boom and jib, designed for rough terrain work. The 0.80 × 1.80 m platform holds two people, and the basket rotates hydraulically through 180°. The 16.9 m horizontal outreach lets you position the machine far from the building, beyond an excavation, scaffolding or a strip of greenery, and still reach the façade, the roof or the roof structure of an industrial building.
4×4 drive, rough terrain tyres and 40% gradeability let it travel across a construction site, but with a weight of 13,720 kg and a wheel load of up to 6,960 kg, the load-bearing capacity of the ground is critical. Work is permitted in wind speeds of up to 45 km/h and at a tilt of up to 5°. The 32.1 kW Hatz diesel engine makes it primarily a machine for outdoor use; in industrial buildings, good ventilation is required.
When planning access, length matters: 13.10 m in the stowed position and 10.80 m for transport, with a width of 2.48 m and a height of 3.00 m. The tail swing is 1.10 m, so when the turret rotates next to a road or a wall you need to leave a margin. Compared with the lower H23 TPX, it gives more height (25.3 m against 22.6 m) but less sideways reach (16.9 m against 19.5 m), so when distance from the structure matters the H23 TPX is often the better choice. The 2.20 m jib helps you get around cornices and structural members.
