The Haulotte HA15 IP is an electric aerial work platform for indoor and outdoor use (permitted wind speed up to 45 km/h), whose articulating boom clears obstacles on the floor and lets you approach the work point from the side. A platform height of 12.87 m and horizontal outreach of 8.65 m are well suited to installation work above process lines, racking and stands, where you cannot drive vertically beneath the work point. The platform measures 1.15 × 0.8 m.
The machine's transport dimensions are 6.65 × 1.52 × 2.1 m, so the entrance gate must be more than 1.52 m wide and 2.1 m high. The unladen weight of 7,230 kg matters when driving onto floor slabs, ramps and raised access floors; their load-bearing capacity must be confirmed before delivery. Electric power and non-marking tyres let you work in industrial buildings without exhaust fumes and without leaving marks on the floor.
When choosing an articulating cherry picker with a similar working height, the deciding factor is usually the ratio of outreach to overall dimensions.
