Waran assembly and warehouse hall · 2023–2025
In the Toruń-Wschód Investment and Logistics Zone at Świdnicka Street, a complex of halls (a warehouse hall, an assembly hall and a four-storey service hall) was built for assembling and storing modular residential units; construction began in the second half of 2023.

CTPark Toruń warehouse park · 2024–2026
Next to the A1 motorway and the S10 road the developer CTP built two warehouse and production halls: TORU01 (approx. 27,000 m², tenant Vestas), which started operating in early 2026, and TORU02 (approx. 20,000 m²), completed in May 2026, together more than 46,000 m² on a site of more than 14 ha.

Modernisation of the Kujawsko-Pomorska Arena Toruń · 2025–2026
The multi-purpose sports and entertainment hall dating from 2014 underwent a modernisation worth approx. PLN 16 million (from the budgets of the city, the voivodeship and the Ministry of Sport): a new Mondo athletics surface (approx. 5,000 m² for PLN 5 million), a 12-metre LED screen suspended under the ceiling and new scoreboards.

What licence is required to operate a telehandler?
In the regulations a telehandler is an industrial truck with a variable reach (a lift truck), so the operator must hold a UDT qualification certificate in this category (UDT is the Polish Office of Technical Inspection). We organise training and examinations at our own centre.
How much can a telehandler lift?
The models in our fleet (Manitou and JCB) have a nominal capacity of 4 t with the boom retracted and a lifting height of 14–18 m. At maximum height or reach the capacity falls: the exact values are given by the load chart in the cab and on the model page.
How quickly can you deliver a telehandler to Toruń?
We serve Toruń regularly from our base in Brzoza near Bydgoszcz (about 50 min to 1 hour by lorry with the machine), so we deliver machines from our fleet here often.
