Possible causes
- mistuned Hazardous Direction Re _ _ sponse Timeparameter. _ (1) mistuned Hazardous Accel _ parameter.(2) mistuned Hazardous Speed Error _ _ parameter. (2) mistuned Hazardous Throttle Res _ _ ponse Time parameter. _ (2)
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Set: This fault detects hazardous movement when the motor is requested to be moving. The first hazard is a motor that is not able to slow down if the throttle goes to zero or the direction switch is not in the direction of travel. The second hazard is a motor that accelerates the wrong way or goes too fast. Note: This fault only occurs when the Control Mode Select is in Speed Mode, _ Speed Mode Express, or _ _ Servo Mode. Clear: Reset _ Controller. Setting Hazardous Direction _ _ Response Time = 0 will _ disable these checks.
