Flash pattern 3-6 (flash code 0x36). Sub-types: 1 = Loss of regulation. 2 = Over Current trips Loss of pulses. 3 = Loss of speed signal pulses. 4 = Autocharacterization 5 = Encoder supply (voltage) fault.

Possible causes
- Motor encoder failure.

What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Set: Motor encoder phase failure detected. Clear: Either Reset Controller, or if parameter LOS Upon Encoder Fault = On and Interlock has been cycled, then the Encoder Fault is cleared and Encoder LOS fault (flash code 9-3) is set, allowing limited motor control.
