Flash pattern 3-1 (flash code 0x31). Sub-types: 1 = Driver Short. 2 = Driver Overcurrent. 3 = Open/Short (High, should be Low). 4 = Open/Short (Low, should be High). 5 = Open Wire (at pin).

Possible causes

  • Open or short on driver load. Dirty connector pins at controller or contactor coil.
  • Bad connector crimps or faulty wiring.

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Solution from the manual

Set: Main Contactor driver is either open or shorted. This fault can be set only when Main Enable = On. Clear: Restore/repair any external wiring or device- coil to their correct state, then Reset Controller.
