Possible causes

  • Software and hardware branding mismatch. For technical support on this fault, contact the Curtis distributor where you obtained your controller or the Curtis sales-support office in your region.

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Set: Software / hardware incompatibly. Clear: As applicable: Load Branded software, or use Branded controller with the correct device profile and the correct Curtis Software Suite toolkit key.
