The Genie display shows code 131-24 with the message “Battery voltage — Too low”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Charging disabled. EM brake set. Main contactor open. No drive.

What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

* Recharge the battery pack. * Check the battery voltage and cable connections. * Check battery size & condition. (This error will automatically clear once the condition has been corrected)
