Code 24-19 occurs in machines: Genie S-85 XC FE, S-85 XC E.

The Genie display shows code 24-19 with the message “Primary boom angle — Out of range”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Also Inhibited: Block Primary Up if Off Level (Off Level Restriction) Pump 3 calibration
Possible causes
- Limit switch LSB3AS indicates stowed, but angle not within 2% of value. Angle is >2% of calibration range. Limit switch LSB3AS indicates stowed and angle sensor indicates value >10° or <7°.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
* With the boom stowed, 26V at TCON pin J2-12 (C68LS BL). * With the boom above 12°, 0V at TCON pin J2-12 (C68LS BL). * Check limit switch LSB3AS for damage. * Check bearings in rotary base housing. * Calibrate angle sensor.
