What is the JLG 510AJ used for?
The JLG 510AJ is an articulating MEWP with a diesel engine, 4WD and rough terrain tyres. It performs well wherever the platform has to be brought over an obstacle or between structural members: erecting industrial halls, façade installations, roofing work and maintenance of industrial facilities. The articulating boom lets you bring the platform to the work point without frequently repositioning the whole machine.
Access to the work position is determined by the stowed dimensions of 7.68 × 2.26 × 2.26 m and the weight of 7,650 kg. Before driving onto a floor slab, newly laid block paving or a car park surface, check its permissible load. As a diesel machine it works primarily outdoors; indoors only in large, well-ventilated halls.
In the class of around 18 m, the JLG 510AJ is a good choice when horizontal reach matters and the chassis dimensions need to stay moderate.
