What is the Manitou 120 AETJ-C used for?
The Manitou 120 AETJ-C is a compact articulating cherry picker for use inside buildings. A platform height of 9.95 m and 7 m of horizontal outreach let you reach installations located above the production floor, stands or racking without placing the chassis directly beneath the work point. The 0.92 × 1.2 m basket comfortably holds an operator with tools when installing lighting, cable trays, ventilation and sprinkler systems or painting ceilings.
Electric power produces no exhaust fumes and runs quietly, and non-marking tyres protect floors, so the machine is suitable for shops, office buildings and production plants that remain in operation. In the stowed position it is 5.48 m long, 1.2 m wide and 1.99 m high, which lets it pass through typical gates and wider passages. With a weight of 6,660 kg, the load-bearing capacity of the structure must be confirmed before driving onto a mezzanine or floor slab.
