WestSide Szczecin by LemonTree · 2024–2026
In the south-west of Szczecin, at the Przecław bypass junction (national road 13), the developer LemonTree built a warehouse and office complex of approx. 34,000 m², with heat pumps and PV panels; construction was completed in Q1 2026.

Windar Renovables wind tower factory · 2024–2027 (under construction)
On a 17-hectare plot in the Port of Szczecin, after a lease agreement was signed with the port authority in January 2024, a factory of steel towers for offshore wind turbines with an area of more than 47,000 m² (4 production lines) is being built. Production is to start in 2026 and reach full capacity in 2027. The project will create about 400 jobs.

TWEETOP production and warehouse hall · 2024–2025 (under construction)
A two-stage construction of a production hall (with ventilation and fire-protection installations and finished façade cladding) and an adjacent high-bay warehouse of precast reinforced-concrete structures is under way in Szczecin; the role of investor's representative is performed by NBQ.

Modernisation of the SDS swimming pool and sports hall at Wąska Street · 2025–2026
The city modernised the sports complex at Wąska Street with a new multi-purpose hall and a 30-metre swimming pool; the contract with Budimex was worth about PLN 109 million gross, and the work was completed in July 2026.

Will a scissor lift go through a standard door?
Yes. Compact electric models (e.g. the 19–20 ft class) are about 0.76–0.81 m wide and, with the guardrails folded, about 1.8–2.0 m high, so they pass through a standard 90 cm door. Larger platforms 1.1–1.2 m wide need a gate or a wider entrance.
How many people can work on a scissor lift?
It depends on the capacity and the manufacturer's approval: small electric platforms are rated for 2 people, rough terrain diesel ones for 2–7 people (up to 7 on the Genie GS-3390 RT). The number of people and the total mass (people + tools + materials) must not exceed the capacity on the machine's rating plate.
How quickly can you deliver a scissor lift to Szczecin?
