WestSide Szczecin by LemonTree · 2024–2026
In the south-west of Szczecin, at the Przecław bypass junction (national road 13), the developer LemonTree built a warehouse and office complex of approx. 34,000 m², with heat pumps and PV panels; construction was completed in Q1 2026.

Windar Renovables wind tower factory · 2024–2027 (under construction)
On a 17-hectare plot in the Port of Szczecin, after a lease agreement was signed with the port authority in January 2024, a factory of steel towers for offshore wind turbines with an area of more than 47,000 m² (4 production lines) is being built. Production is to start in 2026 and reach full capacity in 2027. The project will create about 400 jobs.

A two-stage construction of a production hall (with ventilation and fire-protection installations and finished façade cladding) and an adjacent high-bay warehouse of precast reinforced-concrete structures is under way in Szczecin; the role of investor's representative is performed by NBQ.

Modernisation of the SDS swimming pool and sports hall at Wąska Street · 2025–2026
The city modernised the sports complex at Wąska Street with a new multi-purpose hall and a 30-metre swimming pool; the contract with Budimex was worth about PLN 109 million gross, and the work was completed in July 2026.

What is a cherry picker and is it the same as a basket lift?
Yes. “Cherry picker” (in Polish, “zwyżka”) is the everyday name for a basket lift: a mobile elevating work platform with a basket for the operator on an articulating or telescopic boom. In our rental fleet both names mean the same group of machines.
Do I need a licence to operate a cherry picker?
Yes. Basket lifts are self-propelled mobile elevating work platforms subject to technical supervision, so the operator must hold a UDT qualification certificate (UDT is the Polish Office of Technical Inspection). We run our own training courses with an examination; you can ask about renting with an operator when you request a quote, and this is possible when one of our service technicians qualified as an operator is free on that date.
How quickly can you deliver a cherry picker to Szczecin?
