Possible causes
- Non-controller system drain on battery.
- Battery resistance too high.
- Battery disconnected while driving.
- Blown B+ fuse or main contactor did not close.
- Battery parameters are misadjusted. See Programmer » Monitor menu » Controller » Capacitor Voltage.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Set: When Main is closed and the FET Bridge is enabled, either the undervoltage drive current cut back = 0% for 64 ms or the Brownout Voltage is reached. Clear:Undervoltage drive current cut back > 0% for 100 ms and capacitor voltage > brownout voltage.
