Possible causes
- Battery-voltage applied to KSI (pin 1) exceeds the Severe Overvoltage limit. See Programmer » Monitor menu » Battery » Keyswitch Voltage.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Set: KSI voltage exceeded the Severe Overvoltage limit. Clear: Bring KSI voltage below the Severe Overvoltage limit, and then Reset Controller.
