Possible causes
- Home switch disconnected, or broken
- Check wiring to ensure both switches have continuity to controller connector
- Check if configured correctly for NC/NO
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Clear: Reset Controller
