Possible causes
- Emergency Reverse operation has concluded, but the throttle, forward and reverse inputs, and interlock have not been returned to neutral.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Set: At the conclusion of Emergency Reverse, the fault was set because various inputs were not returned to neutral. Clear: If EMR Interlock = On, _ clear the interlock, throttle, and direction inputs. If EMR Interlock = Off, _ clear the throttle and direction inputs.
