Possible causes
- Failure to read or write to nonvolatile (NV) memory.
- Internal controller fault.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Set: Controller operating system tried to read or write to EEPROM memory and failed. Clear: Download the correct software and matching parameter default settings into the controller and Reset Controller.
