The Genie display shows code 17-26 with the message “AUX PUMP _ Auxiliary Pump — RESISTANCE TOO LOW”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Main Lift Pump and Drive Disabled
Possible causes
- Pump motor output is too high, with respect to PWM applied
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
*P- Could be shorted to B- *Check for 24V DC to AUX pump. *Replace AUX pump. *Replace Left (slave) AC motor controller.
