The Genie display shows code 19-27 with the message “Aux Pump Toggle Switch — Active at startup”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.

  • Stuck ON (on @ power up)

What you can do

Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Solution from the manual

Verify: (when activated) · 24V created by AUX toggle switch TS1 at platform or ground controls(they are wired in parallel) · 24V at C35-11 to RRDCON C28-33 (C27AUX RD) to 24V when switch is activated · 24V across AUX Relay CR3-86 & CR3-85 (DC units only)
