Genie error code 41 — Fuel pump high voltage.
Message on the display: Fuel pump high voltage.
Code 41 occurs in machines: Genie S-60, S-65, GS-3384 RT, GS-3390, GS-4390, GS-5390, Z-45/25.
warning / function limited
The Genie display shows code 41 with the message “Fuel pump high voltage”. It is a warning: some functions of the machine may be limited until the cause has been removed.
Possible causes
- Fuel pump is receiving voltage when the ECM is not sending the signal to the fuel pump to turn ON.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.
Solution from the manual
Test the fuel pump relay, see the Repair Section OR check for poor terminal connection from the fuel pump relay to fuel pump OR replace the ECM.
