The fifth and largest LPP fulfilment centre, with an area of over 100,000 m², in Przyłęki (Białe Błota municipality) near Bydgoszcz, opened in summer 2024. It is designed to handle up to 500,000 items a day, and the building holds a BREEAM Excellent certificate.

A warehouse hall divided into 19 modules (SBU) with a total area of 11,732 m² on a 2.9 ha plot at Mokra/Chemiczna Street, with LED-lit loading docks and mechanical ventilation; the park has opened and its first tenants have been operating there since January 2026.

Bydgoszcz historic monuments renovation programme (including the Lloyd Factory) · 2026
Under the Bydgoszcz Programme for Supporting the Renovation of Historic Buildings, the city co-financed work on historic buildings, including the rebuilding of the walls of the former Lloyd Factory production hall at Fordońska Street and the façade renovation of several historic townhouses.

Yes. Telescopic boom lifts have 4×4 drive, an oscillating axle and rough terrain tyres, so they work on soil, gravel and building sites. The ground must however be load-bearing and reasonably level: with large machines the axle load reaches over ten tonnes.
