Flash pattern 2-5 (flash code 0x25). Sub-types: 1 = 5V Supply’s voltage is out- of-range. 2 = 5V Supply’s current is out- of-range.

Effect on the machine: Disables the 5V Supply. Fault Action: None, unless a fault action is programmed in VCL.
Possible causes
- External load impedance on the +5V supply is too low. See the System Monitor » Outputs menu: External 5V Supply, _ _ Ext 5V Current. _ _
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

Set: (1) The 5V Supply is outside 5V±10%. (2) The current is outside limits defined by: Ext 5V Supply Min _ _ _ Ext 5V Supply Max _ _ _ Clear: Reset Controller, or reset using the VCL variable Ext 5V Output Enable. _ _ _
