The Genie display shows code 233-19 with the message “Battery Temperature — Out of Range”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: Charging Disabled
Possible causes
- Battery temperature sensor error. Reported by Charger or BMS.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

*Check temperature sensor and connections *Reset charger (This error will automatically clear once the condition has been corrected.)
