The Genie display shows code 98-10 with the message “Platform Level Angle — Envelope exceeded”. It is a blocking fault or a safety-related code: do not use the machine until the cause has been found and removed.
Effect on the machine: All functions are disabled in engine mode.
Possible causes
- Control system has detected that the platform angle’s error from the set point exceeds 10 degrees.
What you can do
Switch the machine off with the emergency stop and switch it on again. If the code comes back, do not use the machine and call service.

* Operate manual platform level up or platform level down auxiliary power to reset the error or power the machine off and back on.
